Child Health Issues

My son is 9 month old however till date he has not started speaking he shouts very loud but does speak words like papa mummy etc is this normal thing and further by what age does children normally start speaking Please suggest course of action

Daughter has had a cough and cild symptoms for 2 weeks. Today developed a full body rash and a red spot on one cheek about 5cm big. Also been having fevers come and go up to 39.3 degrees celcius

Hi i have 4 month old baby girl and from past 4-5 days she is making sounds to pass motion and she used to motion 2-3 times a day when she makes such sounds while breastfeeding. From yesterday she is making sounds as if she wants to go motion but not going motion and not able to sleep because of that. She is a happy baby but because of motion problem I feel she is suffering alot. We did body message and cyclic messages but no luck. Can anyone suggest a solution for this.. She is slowly taking out burp and slight gas out while we console her but again she is trying to do motion but coming out. Please suggest a solution ASAP. Thanks
