Child Health Issues

She has just turned 3 on January 14th. She can say words, recite poems, repeat whatever we say, knows colours, alphabets, objects and many other things. But when it comes to communication she is not so responsive. She won't talk sentences or understand what we say. She can respond to words and she can demand food or bathroom calls or sleep but that is it. I mean she won't make a whole sentence and ask for something very specifically and clearly. But she can point and ask and demand. We are very worried about her. And we are not sure what it is and what to do about it and who to consult. Please tell a desperate couple what they can do about such a problem with such a cute baby. We want her to be best equipped for such a harsh world out there. PS: Her eye coordination and some other things seem to normal. I thank you in advance. Best Regards.

My baby kanishka is 2.4 yrs old she's having tight constipation problem she's not able to pass the stool easily for past 2 months , we have lactulose syrup 10 ml for 1 month continuesly but not yet cured she's suffering a lot for passing stool . My girl baby is now 7 months old.which type of food shall I give???.my baby weight is 6.4. She is taking breast milk only

My son is 11 days old and he is suffering with Jaundice, bilirubin levels were 12.7. On 6th day levels were 16 and 48 hours phototherapy was done. Again when we checked on 10th day it was 12.9 and 11th day it was 12.7. Doctor suggested to wait for 48 hours and asked to increase the feeding. Can you please suggest

After my baby's 6week vaccination...she was sleeping all the time...didnot have high temperature...bt she was waking up frequently with body tremor that lasted for 1day...and extremely fussy....is that body tremor normal after vaccination?

My baby is 50 days old. I am planning to travel to my hometown as it's very difficult to manage him alone.. Is it safe to take a flight of 2hrs with him? Travel travel is 40hrs so can't think of that..
