My baby is 2 month old having fever cold and cough. He is having problem in breath. I have given sumocold drops. Plz suggest me

My baby is only 2.5 months old and already very cranky and wants feed every 1 hour,starts crying quite often as i think he doesn't take milk properly in one go. Also I was diagnosed with gall stones hence on strict fat free diet so it might be affecting baby's health as well.
