Sweeling and pain after vaccination

Asked for Male, 2 Years

My 2 mnth child got vaccination but he is continuously crying loudly. He can't bear the pain of injection. We tried Ice treatment but not effective. Kindly suggest any m edicine so that his pain can be decrease. He can't sleep while night for last 3 days. Pls suggest

If it’s lasting for more than 3 days then please visit pediatrician. Generally it subsides in 2-3 days. You can give him paracetamol drop (1ml = 100 mg) 0.6 ml 4 times in a day for pain.
