The neonatal is secreting green liquid from nose and mouth.. He is kept under icu for 72 hrs observation.The same green liquid was found at the time of delivery in mother's womb.. Please suggest what to do

My question is, how long will it be until we can expect her to be better? In addition, should we be concerned that her fever has lasted this long?
