Is it advisable to use AC when baby is suffering from 102 fever...what immediate remedies can we do except using cold stips on body

My 5 months daughter is having dry cough for last two days. Today her body temperature is a bit more than normal. I gave her 3 drops of Paracetamol. It was fine for sometimes and now the temperature is back. Kindly suggest what to do?

Hi, My Daughter's CRP Level is high.Since last 10 days she is being treated for the same. The CRP count has down from 145 to between 6 to 12. But still she is having fever once in a day for sometime. As dorected by her pediatrician I have given her the dosage of monocef O 100 syrup for seven days and and today is the last dose of oflomac syrup is left .what do i do for her fever. Please suggest what has to be done. I am attaching her blood reports for CRP and CBC.

My son is 6 months old and have been administered Hepatitis vaccination immediately after birth and after 6 weeks. During the recent 6 month checkup, doctor has advised us that since he has already been given B1 & B2, therefore B3 is not required. Request advice. I checked online and it suggests that minimum 3 or 4 doses are required. This question is just to have a second opinion. Thanks in advance.

My daughter has been diagnosed with mesenteric lymphadenitis in right abdomen measuring 19.7mm She is suffering from too much abdomen pain. Six months back a scan was taken as she had pain but nothing showed up and todays scan this is there. Is this something to worry about, And what is the treatment. Does she need to undergo surgery?
