My son, 3 yrs old got swelling on face near ear & it's paining. Kindly suggest.. What it would be? Can ibugesic plus to be given to him for that

Today she pooped twice n poop had small blood stain like thing along with mucus .wat could b the readon.

Hello sir baby age is 55 days time of birth weight 3.200 now the weight is 3.800 but as I compare to others kids new borns the more than 3.800 the should have i think May I know my baby girl in my home my parents and sisters lot taking her on hands every time like every coming and carrying her so this the reason also for carrying the baby too much not gaining weight. Like she need rest or what Pls advice
