Child Health Issues

My baby most of the time turns his right and sleep. Is it OK? Please confirm. He is 5 month and 20 days old.

I have a 9 mon old  baby .she's head was over heated every time... with palms  and toes are cool .how to reduce this heat?pls give me the tips sir/madam.

My lo is 63days old her birth weight is 2.5kg and now she s 4.5kg and her low weight is 2.47kg..and upto now her poop and pee count was normal but for past 1day she dint poop..she s in both formula and bm as I have low supply..may I know what shall I do for making her poop..I m little worried..from her birth date till now she was almost normal..but fr past one day she dint poop..and her pee count s normal..but only with her poop!.

My baby girl will be 5month old by next week, she is completely on breastfeeding. Can I start solid food to her in the beginning of 6 month or do I need to wait until she will be 6month old.

Dear sir Baby age 55 days weight 3.900* at time of birth weight 3.200 I have query I have stopped bottle feeding.. Just I am trying to give my breast feeding only hence is it right way or not Or I have to give bottle feed also Pls advice because I have fear breast feeding is sufficient or not Thanks

Dear sir Baby age is 55 days weight 3.800 as I thought can I give some drop of water to baby while after 1 or 3pm between because due to summer can I give or not Pls advice if I give what will happen. Just like 3*or 4 drops cool water to lips or tongue taste Thanks
