Child Health Issues

Hello Doc, My 2 months baby is suffering from cold, cough n Nasal congestion since last 3 weeks (21 days). Fever is around 98.6 measured axillary.  His paediatrician had checked and told chest is clear and gave Mucolite drop for 15 days. Sinarest AF for 5 days along with nasal saline drops. But still his cough is not reduced. Now his doc is advising to take antibiotics ( Mox drops) for 5 days as it's already 3 weeks. Is it necessary to give antibiotics to such small baby (when his chest is clear and fever of 98). Please advise. Also suggest remedies for this

My son is 7 months old and I have observed light blackish spots at the bottom of his feet of both legs.i M not sure whether it's there since the birth time. and I am sure it's not kajal or socks mark.please suggest what is the reason for this.

My newborn baby boy is 2 months old . From birth his head is little bit flat from one side (behind the ear ) means looks not in round shape . I regularly changes his head position from left to right , right to left . But whenever i keep his heads flat side in upper/relax position he turn his head again towards flat position . There is no problem in neck because Whenever he is awaken he turns hi head freely in normal all direction without any effort but while sleeping he keeps his heads flat side more towards mattress side . Please tell me what i do now so that his head become round and while sleeping he keeps his Head straight or the flat side upwards. Is i use any type of U shape pillow or what to do...! Please reply to my problem as soon as possible in detail .

Hello Doc, My 2 months baby has severe cough and cold. Showed to nearby paed and he told that chest is clear. He had prescribed Sinarest Af for 5 days, Mucolite drops for 10 days and Nasal drops for nasal block. But still my baby's cold has not gone. Please advise.
