Child Health Issues

My baby is almost 6 months old and is having loose motions from 5 days. My doctor has recommended econorm sachet twice a day. I have read that this is used to treat diarrhea due to infection. I am wondering if my baby does not have infection as reason of loose motion is it still ok to give econorm sachet. Will it not have any side effects. Please advise.

My son is 18 days old.  He has a lot of gas problem And he keeps crying after feeding Dr. gave anafortan drops. So what should I use anafortan  or colicaid drops??

My son has fever 103.5 f . After giving paracetamol it does not down the temperature. After 1/2 hour I gave it mefaanorm. It down temperature and sweating too much. I feel his body temperature is very low . I measure it. It is 95.6 F. What should I do to maintain the body temperature?
