Child Health Issues

Hi dr.. My baby 1 month old,, suffering cold and cough from 3 days.. I gave cyrup ambrolite 2 times,her chest cold was went,now her noses was blocked,shall i give naso drop for her it is safe,how many drops i have to give,or there is any other medicine available, pls suggest me thank you..

My child 2y 10m old doesn't want to hold the pencil  or any other writing tool. he seems interested initially but he doesn't colour or try to write (draw lines).  even he doesn't let anybody help, like teacher holding his hand and guiding it. this time his playgroup teacher complained this thing.. all other kids in his class ranging from 2yrs to 3.5yrs can do it. what could be wrong? should I visit a specialist? ps.  we still haven't figured out his Handedness.  he uses both hands.

My son (age 4 yrs, weight 17) is having fever since three days, we started with Crocin 240 (6 ml) 6 hourly, after three days doctor advised Meftal-P in case fever goes > 102, also started antibiotics. However, the fever reduces for few hours and comes back around 5-6 hours. As fever is now >102, we stopped Crocin and continue with Meftal P (4 ml) 6 hourly, so far gave two doses of Meftal and Antibiotics, third one is due. Please suggest.

Hi dr, look at my baby right eye and forehead till head,there is black mark,what it sence it will be normal or something else.. She is one month old now,slight it shades color till her birth,it goes completely in future or not,

My baby is 2 weeks old and she goes to sleep while breastfeeding and wakes up crying if I keep her down. I tried walking her up but she will sleep again immediately. Due to this I cannot understand when she is full and when to stop feeding

Can I give lactulose syrup to 4 month baby to soften the stool. If can be given how much I can give.

My 9 year old son having running nose and watery eyes since 3 days. I am giving treatment to him is monitair lc kid and wysolone 10 tab twice a days since 3 days. But since morning he had again same symptoms of cold. Plz suggest some other medicines or should I continue with earlier prescribe medicine.
