Child Health Issues

Hi Doctor, My son is two years old, he is not yet started talking. He is understanding all these thing like if he is hungry he will bring biscuit box, if he is thirsty he will bring water bottle & give to us. He is doing normal things like handshake,hi five but as per his mood. He will tell some word suddenly, if we will ask him to repeat he will not tell it again. If I am playing with him, he will ask me to do the thing repeatedly by pulling my hand but he will not try to do from his own. For example if we are playing ball he will pull my hand to bring that ball but he will not bring the ball. We had thought him potty he was doing his own not suddenly stopped not doing but he is very interested in doing in his pant. Some other symptoms I have noticed he will be excited at the time of watching some cartoon character in TV & he will excited by holding me by shaking his full body. Some he will turn his eyes to the corner & he will laughing himself without any reason.

My wife is feeding preterm baby which is now four months old, now is suffering from cough and cold, can she take medicine? If so what tablets can be taken? Please Suggest.

My ten yrs old daughter is diagnosed with fatty liver.Doctor prescribed udiliv150 tab @ 2 tab per day.Shud we go for further investigation or continue wd udiliv150?

Dear Sir/Mam, My 2 years old nephews URINE TEST REPORT says(Microscopic) 1. PUS cell : PLENTY 2. Epithelial cell : 1-2/HPF 3. Bacteria : PRESENT And HAEMATOLOGY TEST REPORT says 1. ESR(wintrobe) : H 50mm 2. Total WBC COUNT : 22800 What does this mean? For your reference I have attached photos of reports along with this post. You can also go through these reports. Hi, my baby is just 10 days old and we are seeing bright red blood particles in our baby's stool from last 2 days. Also, there are also some black dots around her anus , like piles. Can anyone suggest what can be the issue?

My son is 22 months old. we observed  some  small  lymph nodes  one at the side of neck and other is at the back side of his  head(down side). lt observed while touching his head and neck side. Done some blood test. Reports were normal. But still observe same lymp nodes with one or two new ones pl advise Dr.
