Fever is just symptom , with paracetamol will be controlled for short time. Unless you find the reason for fever and treat it , will not go off. So plz consult Pediatrician near u
The fever medicines resolve fever for only 6 hours after 6 hours when the effect of medicine wanes off fever comes again.
Meet your pediatrician to find the cause of fever if it is bacterial origin you will need antibiotics if it is viral origin it will resolve in 3 to 4 days.
After giving medicine why the whole body with water give a bath this will also decrease the temperature.
Give plenty of oral fluids water juice to keep the body hydrated.
