Since morning baby is having a fever, after giving 1 dose of sinarest, fever got reduce for some time, again he is having 101.1 fever, pls suggest what medicine i can buy now

Hi My girl is two months old now. Today I am seeing different pattern of sleep in her. She hardly slept today, if I keep rocking her she sleeps and If I put her on bed she wakes up. She takes enough feeding, I check her urinating n poop timings. Everything is perfect. She does not cry also to confirm if its colic issue. What could be the reason. Any idea ? Any help ?.
