Cold and cough, running nose, watery eyes since yesterday night. Child is 3 years old. Weighing 15kg.

Hello Doctor, My baby boy is 13 months old. He is fit and fine. Doing his all activity normaly. Problem : He is passing tight and small amount of stool since a week. I gave him Unienzyme syrup for 3 days but it was not effective. Request you to please suggest any medicine to cure his constipation. Thank you in advance.

My baby girl is 5month 6days and she weighs 7.5kg. She was 6.9kg in her 4th month but nw even after 1month 6days she as not reached 7.9 so am worried about it and how much should a baby girl weigh at 5th month? Her birth weight was 2.864kg.
