Regarding pediasure
My son is 1 year 7 month old. He weighs 9.2 kgs and 77 cms. He doesn't drink plain milk and my doctor suggested to add junior Horlicks, pediasure. How many times a day can I give it to him? Can I give it three times a day in small doses as he has habituated three times external milk? Night times I feed him... I asked my doctor is it safe to give pediasure. He said if he refuses plain milk you can add...

Your son should be getting used to your food and routines by now.for starters gradually introduce one pediasure milk feed at a time and then increase it gradually to more.. predominant milk feeds will also not fulfill his nutritional requirements. Get him to eat more solids. For more guidance contact your paediatrician.

Only 200 ml of milk is sufficient for a day for child that accounts to 1 glass .. continue breastfeeding.. no point in giving milk 3 times a day that suppresses his appetite.. u can add any supplement to milk .. but peadiasure is very thick which in turn suppresses appetite
