  4. 7 month old baby. To do n y is it so?

Hi Dr., My nephew is only 7 months. Due to iron deficiency doctor had put him on sone medication. But whenever we give medicine to him. He gets fever. What to do n y is it so ? Pls help n suggest

Can u please name of drug.. no iron supplementation causes fever .. there may be some other cause of fever
