Child Health Issues

Hi, yesterday i got my child vaccinated in govt hospital. But they did not have pcv vaccine and asked me to get it done outside. Because of penta he has fever and he is uncomfortable. Is pcv really necessary? If yes can i get it done after few days or weeks? How much will it cost?

My 3 month old daughters head(hair area) and her back is hot these days. Stomach, cheeks,forehead, hands and legs have normal temperature. I keep checking her temperature using a thermometer, and she isn't having fever. I don't see any discomfort in her, she smiles and plays as usual but at times she wiggles a lot during feeds (she is bottle fed). Earlier whenever I held my baby, her head sweated a lot and was never hot and now a days it never sweats but is hot. Iam very concerned. Please help

My child is 4months old and due for her DPT vaccine.previous two doses given were painless but now I'm confused which one to be given. The painless or the one which causes pain and fever. Some say both are same but some say the one with pain is better I mean DPT is better than DaPT. please let me know

Does including organic jaggery in 7 month baby food cause loose motion. Today I have included jaggery she had watery motion 3 times. Usually she poop 1 time in a day.
