Child Health Issues

My nephew who is completing 4 months is having trouble with continuous pooping in liquid state. Often, it is coming as green in color. What could be the possible reason for this? Thanks in advance! :)

My 3.5 month old baby is formula fed due to lactation difficulties. Today while going through an article in an app, I read that a formula fed baby need to be offered few ounces of water in summer. I was feeding her only formula till now, 120ml every 2.5 to 3 hrs. Should I offer her water occasionally? I had also read somewhere that babies cannot digest water. Please help.

My baby girl is 2yr old she is having fever and loose motion and loose motion she did 5 times I gave her fever go syrup 3ml is that enough can I give her doralac syrup for loose motion to stop. Pls help me Wat should I do

Runny nose (transparent liquid) since morning. Can I give maxtra drops ? 0.7ml three times a day? Her last knows weight was 8kgs a month ago.

My 1 year and 9 months old boy is doing potty for the last 5days. It is watery stool with mucus. We administered  powergyl suspension 2 doses only but no relief. Potty was 3 times a day then 2 time a day since yesterday it is more frequent. When he sits  on his feet it oozes out small qty of stool. We are administering ors and liquids as possible.his peeing frequency is also reduce d.wat is t b done

My daughter is 5 & half months old. I've recently started solid puréed food for her like fruits. Her stool has sometimes been the usual consistency and sometimes drier than usual and the colour is also different sometimes. Is this normal with introduction of solid food. Should I also start giving her water since I've started giving her purées?
