Ketones in urine
My child urine report show 1+ketones, she is underwaight but height is normal acording to age currentky she is suffrinh from tonsilie from Last 4 days with fever

The child is probably dehydrated due to poor fluid intake during the illness..if there is no sugar detected.. please increase the fluid intake such that it passes urine morally. For further management please check with your paediatrician to exclude other significant causes.
