A baby falling off the bed is always a serious matter since it is difficult to evaluate the exact extent of injury inside.
If the baby has not vomited or cried excessively and is behaving normally . .. and shows no external injury or abnormal discharge .( blood or clear) it still does not mean all will be well. They can deteriorate in the next 24 hours.
Since there is redness and external injury.. I suggest you consult your paediatrician for expert evaluation and further management ..including CT or other imaging and injury evaluation . in these instances it is better to be safe than sorry..
Also .. for your information .. such injuries do have a medico legal component ...if they turn grievous..
that of child abuse and neglect.. so please be CAREFUL.
