Formula milk
Is it wrong to give my 1 month old formula milk twice a day . Total of 6 ounces .? My husband has a bit breathing issue ,genetically . Will formula milk increase the probability of this breathing issue in my baby too ? Pls help ..actually whenever my baby is awake , he asks for milk in every 10 minutes so I need to give formula too . Pls suggest .

Exclusive breastfeeding upto 6 months of age reduces the chances of atopic diseases (allergic disease) in childhood...so better if u continue with exclusive breastfeeding

Usually mothers milk is adequate. If wt gain and urine output is proper no need to give other milk variants. You can't definitely say now that formula milk will increase the breathing problem after wards. Many factors play a rolebin it. If a child is irritable and crancky it is not necessary that he is hungry. If needed formula milk can be given to child as many times as required.
