Can we apply Vicks for 5 month baby in chest for cold and cough ... Or else tell me any home remedy.

I want to travel with my 4 month son to Dubai for a 5 day trip in dec, is it safe to do so..,and what precautions should i take care of.

My baby is 3 month old. She has neck rashes. I want to know what is the reason behind these rashes and how to treat this. From last 15 days she stuffing from these rashes.
