Child Health Issues

Hello Doctor My 1.5 years daughter has been having fever ranging in-between 100-101 F since Monday morning with no other symptoms such as running nose or cough etc. She is taking the diet as regular, no change in food or fluid intake. Though she seems a bit less active than usual or not, she is playing as normally. My question is that I want to know which blood tests can we get done beforehand before visiting a paediatrician for an in-clinic consultation? I do not want to waste any more time just for knowing the tests on the first visit and then finally for the actual treatment. I hope I have mentioned my query clearly. My baby is 4 month old..she is only on brestmilk till now.but i think she is not getting it adequately now...she is feeling hungry frequently..so as her dr. suggested today i frist time gave hr lactogen but she is vomiting constantly can not sleep properly..what can i do..???and how can i increase my brestmilk supply??and how long i can exclusively brestfeed her ?? will it be sufficient for her??

My son is 4 months shy of 2 years. His body is darker than his. Specifically his legs and back. This has been the case since birth. When asked doctor about it when he was infant doctor told it would be normal when he is 2 years. But now he is close to 2 that darkness haven't even reduced. Is there something that I can do?

My son is suffering vth Cold, since one week and (gur gur) sounds are coming from three days. Shall i use 3ml of saline water for nebulizer. Im using muqolite drops and nasal drops since one week but not decreasing the cold. Shall i keep nebulizer.

3.6year/f/14kg, having cold and bit cough, giving honeytus 5ml twice a day, is there any side effect of giving honeytus? We us e to give her sometime for 1 day, sometimes for 2-3 days, is there any impact? Is it good to give this medicine even there is nothing?

My 3 year old son requires nebuliser almost every month since last one year. Problem starts with cold then dry cough and then within a day converting to heavy breathing or breathlessness. Whatever home remedies I give does not work ever and lastly we need to nebulize him. Every time we go to doc he gives nebulise by budecort and asthalin. Some times fever also comes and if fever does not stop them he gives antibiotics. Don't why it is happening? Any allergy then I am not able to guess it?don't know why it is repeating?and any alternative to cure? Nebulise is safe so frequently?

My daughter is sufering from very high fever, it went upto 104.5 but even after 4 hrs of paracetamol and mefenamic acid syrup (6ml) it is still 102.0, can I give ibugesic plus now to reduce fever. And what should be the dose. She weighs around 22 kg.
