It was behind my sons ear inside the skin for three days today thought to sratch it and see i found out it was a bug i took it out with a small foresep and the bug was alive

My baby was born on Oct 19 from normal delivery and from then I've noticed that my baby sleeps on the left side only. I'm worried that this is a serious problem. He turns his head from left to centre to right. But the sleeping position is always left. I tried to make him sleep in the right side but he automatically prefers the left side. I've successfully made him sleep on his right side only once. Can you please say if this is a problem.

Which metal is good for baby ear piercing gold silver or copper. I want to know which is not harmful for baby
