Child Health Issues

Hi My baby is 5 months and my milk does not suffice her hunger. What can be done? I am having a lot of lactation food however milk seems to be very thin n watery. Can I start solids. If yes then what shall I start.

My daufhter is 7 month old and she has been having cough problem from 1 week. Doctor advised azithrol drops 1.5ml Astakind 0.8ml sinarest 0.8ml. But its not relieving her. So today i go with another doctor told me that nothing to worry. And he has advised me amoxcylline dx 2.5 ml(TID)  for paediatrics and ascoril d 2.5ml. Now tell me can i go through it.

My 2 year old daughter is having fever from yesterday morning..i am givin her ibugesic plus 5ml but her fever comes back as soon as her medicine's effect wear off..should i continue giving her the same or any other otc medicine ..? her doctor isnt in town so couldnt visit him..texted him her condition but need a second advise as well..

Hi My daughter is 1 month old and I was giving her formula (nan pro )as top feed because my breastmilk was not sufficient for her. She is having motion problems due to formula milk. My mom is suggesting that we can feed her pure cows milk. But I am not sure. Can we do that ?

From last morning my 2 year old daughterhas this frequent fever coming up..if i give her medicine (ibugesic plus) her fever comes down but after few hours its back again..her temperature is around 101..we would be going to the doctor but what could be the reason..?

I have checked my one month old daughter's temperature through digital thermometer which was 96.3 F. is it normal or considered low ?

Hello , My daughter has too much fever (103 F). She is not able to eat and eye are burning a lot. She feels weakness. We gave paracetamol 2 times today . Temperature is not reducing yet.

Doctors asked not to give lactogen to her but can give isomil as a substitute as it soy milk. Can I use isomil for her instead of lactogen for a week?
