My son is 3 yrs old . He doesn't mingle with other children. He does not listen to whatever we say. He doesn't stay at one place, always roaming . He is very adamant. Often gets irritated ..tells the same word multiple times though he does not know the meaning of the word. I'm very much concerned about him. Please suggest me what to do.

As per the information provided, it seems he is having Autistic Disorder which need to re-confirm with detailed questionnaire based scoring system. There are special Autistic centers , please check for one near to you and consult. More important for these children is behavioral therapy.
