3 mth old baby doesn't make eye contact
Hello Doctors,
My Son is 2 months and 24 days old. He is achieving his developmental milestone like
1) Able to hold his head up during tummy time.
2) Track moving objects
3) Respond to sound
4) Brings hand to mouth
But he doesn't make eye contact. Even though we try by keeping our face 10-20 inches apart from him.
Please comment on this. Should we be worried?
