Do we need to take prior appointment before visiting the Babys Day out clinic? The call is not being answered.

My son is 8 months old and started teething. He used to put his fingers in his mouth and today I noticed one of his nail got half detached...I am so worried now. Should I take him to doctor ? Will that nail get attached again or grow again... please suggest.

I have tried so many formula milk with chammach and katori, bottle, syringe to feed my 3 month old baby... but nothing worked... she doesnt drink any formula milk but when i express my breast milk in bottle then she will drink it from bottle.... otherwise she wont take formula milk from bottle.... how should i make her drink formula milk... i dont have good breast milk supply....
