Hi There,
abdominal pain may be because of so many reasons and thus need to have a complete detailed history. Looking at the age, one of the commenest reason is worms and there is no harm in giving a dose to de-worm him.
So give syp Albendazole (100mg/5ml) - 10 ml today and repeat the same dose after 2 weeks.
