My son is 6months old suffering Frm cold
My son is 6months old he is suffering from cold consulted Dr he has given sinarest drops and nasal Spray... But still he didn't recover... Can I give him steam ..if I want to give him steam Wat should I add In steamer.or there any other tips were he can recover soon.

Yes u can give him just plain steam ; you Don t need to add anything in it .
Also it's just viral it will take minimum of 3 to 4 days to recover.
Keep him warm and use the nasal drops if there is nose block.

If mild,avoid unnecessary medicine and just give steam inhalations for cold and use decongestant nasal drops for nasal block or increased cough on lying down.
Use paracetamol for fever if required.
