Child Health Issues

Hi, My daughter was stepped out on floor and leg toe has swelling. Due that pain she has some fever. I have given mefthol and ziprax 100mg. I applied coconut oil on toe. Fever is down now but swelling is there on her toe. What medicine is preferable or not required.

Can i use dippers for my newborn baby ???? Is it good and how long will I change it ??? Please tell me in details I used it but my baby has rashes. What I do now please answer me as soon as possible please...

Dear sir Baby age 7 months near what food I gave to give pls suggeest diet. Am giving lactogen 3 to 4 times Ina day 60 ml * 4 times and 2 time Dalia .1 time cerelac and 1 time home rice food .. As per my follow-up pls advice any changes .thanks

My baby has a little problem latching on while breastfeeding so I am using a breast pump. For formula, should I go for aptamil or Enfamil? Which one is better ? Also , is feeding her breast milk via expressing through breast pump is fine ?

Is it wrong to give my 1 month old formula milk twice a day . Total of 6 ounces .? My husband has a bit breathing issue ,genetically . Will formula milk increase the probability of this breathing issue in my baby too ? My daughter who is 2.10 years old was passing semi solid pasty stools 7 times on last wednesday and fever for 3 days . on doctor consulation, he prescribed ofloxocin 5ml , bifilac 5ml. from yesterday she has running nose and mild cough. i gave her corex 2.5ml and zyrcold 5 ml. could you please advice ? my husband and myself had cough and fever.

My son is 4 months old ND he always want to see you tube videos in smart phone especially when he cries..is it safe for him at such tender age,  is there an alternate to this ??
