Like chickenpox ,skin problem

Hi my son is 4 year old and doughter is 6 year old . And from yesterday the are facing some skin problme and itching like chickenpox on hand and in mouth so please refer photo. Some one suggest me Acivir 200 tablet for that issue . So please suggest me right way ..

Dear parents, It's hand feet and mouth disease rashes. Recover with 7day, give paracetamol if temp and cetrizine is itching.

Hi there This is doesn't seems chickenpox , Hand rash looks like a viral rash -- may be part of Hand-foot & mouth disease. Check whole body including feet for similar rash. No need for Acivir ( even mild chicken pox does not require this medicine)
