No. Cow's milk only after 1 year of age. It is best to continue breastfeeding until 2 years and beyond. Cow's milk should not be a substitute to breastmilk.

Cows milk protein is difficult to digest, especially if started early before one year because the gut of the baby needs to mature to digest it. It is advised to start cows milk ( nandini milk, blue packet) after the first birthday, as the protein and fat in that is apt fr that age. So till then, give your milk and if not enough breast milk substitutes like nan or lactogen stage 2 only. After first birthday, when you start cows milk, donot dilute it and give not more than 3 glasses per day ( appx 300-400ml) that too from a glass..
