Child Health Issues

Hi doctor,        My 3 year old baby boy is not responding to names when we called him from nearby and he is not talking even a little word.        He was active from 7 months to about 2year that he did giving flying kisses,high five Tata and spelled done words like Amma,atha,Chaya,Krishna,kaka and responds to some rhymes also.Bt after 2 year he even didn't speak a single word yet.         Also now when we called his name from nearby,he is not responding but when calling from far,he is responding. This is my concern about my son's character.please replay

My daughter is currently 1 month old and is being fed with Nan excella pro. She has rashes like milk spots in her body and constantly cries after formula fed. We are skeptical if Nan pro is the reason. Can we change ? We feed her 50 ml with 1 1/2 spoon around 10 times a day with 2-3 hr frequency.

My 4 year old kid has cold with running nose and cough for 1 week.my kids eyes are watery for the past two days and also dust coming out frequently in small white form. Peditiatrician prescribed Teary eye drops and gave cold medicine. I gave teary eye drops for eye from yesterday but it is still the same and also kid is still having cold.does teary eye drops fix this issue.

My daughter is 4 months 25 days old. She got some red spots kind of mosquito bite. Photo of the same has been attached. Kindly check and suggest if we need to visit the doctor. And, can we apply good night roll on tube on her clothes or it is not suggestable.
