My baby was one year old. He having cold. During cough not able to sleep.. How to control that. My home in on the road. Lot of dust inside also. Dust creating of cold??

Dear Doctor, My son 5 months 10 days old, got red rashes a week back below chin.Used L-HIST syrup, Azikem suspension got reduced in 3 days. but after bath red rashes appeared shifted in different body parts, above eye lid and cheeks and on thighs too.
