My baby is 4 months today... which is the best B-vitamins drops i could give her? Her weight is 5.23 kg and height is 54cm

My son 10 months old is on treatment for chest congestion n cough, on levolin syrup 2ml thrice a day. He's been treated for the past 4 days...but the cough is still present rarely he runs a low grade fever. My doc told to continue for 2 more days..but I'm not able to see my baby suffer. He's able to play and ear when there is no cough.only during his sleep he's having cough and because of this hes not getting proper sleep.

My baby's birth weight was 2700 .now he is 5600 at 3.5 months. His stool re report colour is brownish.reaction acidic. Mucus present.pus cell 2-3 . vegetable cell and bacteria present .. what happened to my baby ? .10 days ago he intake 5 sachets of lactobacillus given by my dr . And 14 days he intake Zink sulfate drop . Plz ans

My 9.6 year old son is quite sporty and so dirty and mucky most of the times. He bathes twice a day. Pls suggest a good body wash for this age. I have been using Dove but considering it has chemicals, do u think I should change the brand?

My 5 year nose airway is swellon. She is having difficulty in breathing while sleeping. Doctor had precribed nasal drops and cold syrup . Is that sufficient.. please help

Dear sir baby age 5 months completed weight 6.4k . Sometime feeding formula milk as well.as mother feeding .whatever feeding while feeding only she passing motions.little little green or sometime watery since 14 days .per day 8 to 12 we went hospital pediatric written some powder milk and paracip syp for fever also coming and going 102 to 99 like that . Her motion area was became red kindly suggest this is normal or what she feels lazy also some time . Because of rashes she was crying also . I am cleaning her with soft napkin ...

From last night my daughter age 3yrs n 7 months is having fever which was around 99 to 100 degrees but since today evening it raised to 102.3. I used homeo medicine and after 3 n half hours I have given her calpol 250mg of 2.5ml at 11.30pm, but still her fever is not in normal. pls suggest...

My baby is 11 months old..cold for past 11 days..i usually give alcon drops during cold..i gave it which is prescribed by the doctor..still baby was not alright.. So consulted pediateician again..she gave phenergan drops...i gave only once.. Is it safe for the baby??? Just to have a second opinion..now the running nose completely stopped..but while breathing i can see baby has cold..is phenergan safe for baby?? Am also giving tulsi water also
