Hello my 28 month baby has 12 Kg weight, is it less? And height around 85 cm , what can I include in his diet to have a balanced diet. His weight was 3.75 kg when born, but he never got mothers milk only lactogen from day 1.He gets cold and cough now and then

Weight and height with in acceptable range. 1)Fruits specially various colored yellow orange red brown Green ²)Vegetables Green,dark green leafy ,legumes 3 3) cereals 4) pulses 5)milk and milk products ( eggs..non veg) 6)dry fruits Everything which you eat can be given to child in form consistency and texture which child can eat. Try to give one portion of each. Believe on home made and natural food Avoid junk.

Hello Yes as per the birth weight and age of child,  weight is lesser a bit. Dont worry,  give child weaning food well Home made food like dal chawal,  vegetables,  roti sabji,  fruits daily,  egg daily,  more proteims like dal daily will help in achieving good growth

Ok sir...so ur son s 2.4yrs old nd he weighs 12kg... To be apt a baby who was born with a normal birth weight range( I.e.) 3.5kg @ birth must b 12.8kgs nw @ 2.4yrs.. So he s a bit lesser than the normal for age...but he s definitely not malnourished...so need not worry... Nd d answer fr ur 2nd quesn s its normal for a kid to get cough,cold nd flu like symptoms bt mk sure dat he doesn't have fever or sore throat nd his symptoms doesn't get severe ...n today's scenario... Thnq...
