1)Fruits specially various colored yellow orange red brown Green
²)Vegetables Green,dark green leafy ,legumes 3
3) cereals
4) pulses
5)milk and milk products ( eggs..non veg)
6)dry fruits
Everything which you eat can be given to child in form consistency and texture which child can eat.
Try to give one portion of each.
Believe on home made and natural food

To be apt a baby who was born with a normal birth weight range( I.e.) 3.5kg @ birth must b 12.8kgs nw @ 2.4yrs..
So he s a bit lesser than the normal for age...but he s definitely not malnourished...so need not worry...
