My 28months boy had 4 usual motions and two loose motions..we gave one vial of enterogermina to him ..how many can be given in 24 hours?

You many give one more vial of enterogermina. But what is most important is to note if your child is gerting dehydrated. Some of the signs are lethargy, refusal to feed and lower urine output. If nay of these occurs then you need to a visit a doctor as an emergency.
