My baby is having 104 viral fever now.. Given Meftal 1 hr back but still fever is not coming down..it raised from 101 -104..nit sure what can help here.. Please advise..

My baby is having relapse fever since 2 days. I have given Calpol every 6 to 8 hrs 1ml for 8.9kg baby. When I give drops it would reduce but after 3 to 4 hrs fever would relapse and temperature vary between 99.8 to 102 sometimes. Please help me. I have consulted doc, he said to continue Calpol for 2 to 3 days and check. He don't have any cold or cough phlegm. Lungs are clear. Please help me.

My daughter  is 1 yr old she is having cough and fever. Pardiatrician priscribed plain Sinarest 4ml TID and paracetamol 125mg 4ml Every 6th hourly. Is it Ok sir. In sinarest paracetamol is there is it not overdose?

My 1 month old kid needs burping 1-1.5 hour after feeding. As soon as I lay her down she gets uncomfortable and starts burping in sleep. After sometime she starts crying. Before some days she needed 30-35 min burping but now it increased. She also cough and sneezes frequently without cold. Is this an medical problem. Also in a day there is a time when her burp is stuck so much that during feeding she gets extremely uncomfortable presses stomach or jumps with crying. I think this is not normal. She suffers a lot. Please help
