My baby is 1 year 2 months now but she has flat head on the right side due to sleeping position, can it be reshaped now, if so how, without using helmets. Please suggest me best home remedy for this.
Im not giving her iron supplements after her one year as she used to vomit frequently, i was giving orofer xt as suggested by pediatric, but due to lock down i could not take her out for check up is it ok or should i start any alternate one, and what can i substitute for orofer xt?

Because of constant pressure one side because of postion during sleep it must flat one side because of softness of the scull bone No need to worry As the child grows it will change and if the child is constantly sleeping on one side find if there is any problem in the neck ,which is making child to sleep in that particular position 2) Any time you give iron supplement ,also give some vitamin C rich item like few spoons of orange juice as it will help in better absorption of iron

As the baby is now moving around, it will not add further flattening of head, provided that baby doesn't sleep in same position.. Whatever flattening happened till now will improove with age & also will be hidden by baby's hair.
