My son had two vaccination, easysix and Japanese Encephalitis, after that the area on on of the leg of my 18 month old son have become very hard and it is still hard 3 days of the vaccination.

My daughter age is 1 year her weight is 7.3kg. She was having cough and fever from 10th of January at 1.30 pm onwards. I taken advised by pediatrician she prescried Syp.Sinarest4ml TID and Paracetamol 125mg for 6th hourly 4ml. I have given exact Doses of Sinarest. But i given paracetmol Syp only 100DegreeF of fever. Till now she has not recovered. Is it bcz if Teething ?Tell me Doctr What can i do next?

How much ml of water is needed for a 10 month baby. I am not understanding whether I am giving enough water or not?
