What is the difference between vi syneral drops and zincovit drops? What is the main purpose for these drops? Which drips would you prefer for babies?

My 9.8 year old son has recurrent URTI post his ASD closure the episodes have come down. I'm worried as to how we treat the colds , coughs combined with fever at home. When does it necessiate  a hospital visit.

My newborn burps even after 1. Hour of feeding and gets wake up. I have to pay him s back for 30 min and have to see if he want to burp. She keeps her mouth open. First two three burps are good but other are not do clear like broken burps. After 15 min even if she burped if I lay down flat he starts feeling discomfort. Is this silent reflux or normal swallowed air. He was born 3 kg and after 1.5 month he is 4.2 kg.
