This is diaper rash from leaving on wet diapers or nappies for too long. Allow baby diaper free / nappy free time for at least 4-6 hours, frequently check so as to change the diaper as soon as it is wet, wash the diaper zone with plain water while changing, apply coconut oil. B4nappi cream might help also. Apply it at least twice a day
