Hi sir/madam, My 2month old infant having dry cough.especially while breastfeeding.what can i do...ist normal or need medical attention

Hi ...my daughter is 5 month's 27 days old ...I saw 4 day before she have some small pimple near her lips and now it's some where in her face also ...when ever I clean her face with worm water it sow normal but some time it's show's too much it's near her lips upper and down lips ...she always licking her finger also... that's why all time near her lips place is wet ...so suggest me what should I apply aur what should I do?

Respected sir, My 1.9 year son weight is nearly 11.5 kg. From today morning we found that he is with watery eyes, mild and light fever say 97.5 to 98. Nostril are dry. And at of sleeping sometimes coughing suddenly and there is a tendency of little  breathing problem probably due to throat sore or cough. In such situation please advice us what to do.
