Given Alex junioir for 3days, little bit was k , But again now cough started no running nose , no fever, no cold , only kaffa while coughing

My 10 months old having very bad dry cough ..only cough no running nose no temperature.. since last 3 days he is struggling that too night time cough is high kindly suggest us to relive from his pain

My 1 month old baby has got skin rashes. Seeing the pictures doc said it's dermatitis. He has been advised Atarax drops 3 times a day. How many times should I continue the drops. Also i am applying coconut oil on the affected areas. Will this cure his rashes or further treatment is required??

Hello doctor, My daughter is 2 years 4 month old and she is very adamant to eat right from the breakfast till her dinner. She wasn't like this before and since 15 days she is not eating properly. I also gave her albendazole for deworming still the problem is the same. My mother suggested me to give kunthi kumari so that she gets loose motion and it will be fine. Please suggest what can be done. If I can give kunthi kumari what should be the dosage

Can I add 1 scoop ready-made Nestle Cerelac in fruit puree(apple/ banana/ mango) for my 7 months old baby once daily? Will it do any harm? Why ready-made cerelac is considered bad?  She likes the flavor and eat it. Otherwise i have tried fruits with or without jaggary, breastmilk but she doesn't like it.
