Loose motion
My son is very active .But he is going to poop 5 times a day .poop texture is paste and sometimes it's watery.Bad smell is coming from poop .Please suggest what to do

I understand your concerns. Passing 5 times a day in a one year old baby is normal but watery stools is a concern. He must be suffering from acute gastroenteritis.
