Add curd and Banana in the diet,give ors after every loose motion if watery and add syp vizylac 5 ml twice a day for 3 days.
If not improving OR accompanied by other symptoms like vomiting or abdominal pain or dullness and refusal to feed,consult your paediatrician asap.
