Child Health Issues

My daughter (6month, 7kg) fallen from bed on floor. We have seen a small bump on head. which is getting big day by day. bump was soft on day 1st but it is getting big and hard day by day . I have attached the images of 5th day. No medication started yet .

I am concerned about my 3-month-old baby girl’s feeding and urine output. She generally latches well and stays on the breast for a long duration, but after a few minutes of active sucking, she mostly switches to comfort sucking. Earlier, her diapers used to be very heavy, but recently they have reduced to medium weight. I am worried this may indicate reduced intake. Additionally, due to warm weather, she sometimes sweats while sleeping if the AC is not on or the room becomes slightly warm. Please advise if this pattern is normal or if her feeding/hydration needs to be assessed. Also, she has started giving long stretch of sleep at night, sometimes waking up once for feed (4-5 hours) or sometimes she sleep through the night. Her birth weight was 3245 gms; discharge weight was 3004 gms and as of 23rd April, she weighs 5.2 kgs. She does have spit up issues; there are days when no spit up will happen and sometimes she will spit 3-4 times after a single feed.

Dear Doctor My baby is 1 month old and was admitted to the hospital for jaundice for 3 days. We have been discharged today. I am going to buy the prescribed medicines, but no one is able to clearly read the prescription. Could you please help me understand the medicines written in this prescription? Thank you.

My daughter 7.6, yr old child has fear of insects a lot morning she Will be fine but night seems like she will have dream of insects calls mama starts to cry at Sleep saying insect is coming it will bite me scream a lot hold my hand tightly . otherwise she is active so confident child .

My son is 1 month 8 days old and has mucus in throat which prevents him from taking food properly. No chest congestion and no fever. Doctor has recommended Mucolite drops 0.5ml for 5 days. Is it safe to give the drops at this age? Please suggest me

Hello my son is 2 years old he is playing at kitchen suddenly a stray cat come to kitchen am at hall that time I came to kitchen the cat is run away but I notice small scratch at my son foot I ask him about this but he say he do this by its own. Hi Doctor Can anyone please help me my daughter has got severe loose motions with fever. For fever we are giving crocin 5 ml but for loose motions we got Change M syrup from pharmacy and gave her 5ml. Is that OK. I know it's antibiotic medicine but we needed it urgently. Can anyone please help.
