Child Health Issues

My baby is 10 months old and from the past two weeks he is not eating at all..what to do...not eating solids..I tried a lot but refusing to eat..is there any drops to increase appetite and can I use deworming syrup

A part of my son's umbilical cord came off in 3 days but it was still attached to his belly button which was checked by his pediatrician who said that it was fine. Remaining part of it dried and came off without any issue and only a slight bit was left. I saw some bleeding in his belly button today and also a layer of dried blood on his belly button. He is 18 days old. What can be done in this case. We have kept the area completely dry since his birth.

My son age 2 years Weight 11 to 12 kg Having cold and cough at night. Very light feverish ( not using medicine bcz very light means hot to touch ) Using medicine T minic 3 ml 3 times Sovetus Jr 3 ml 3 times. Is it ok or any suggestions ..please give reply..

Hello sir my 30 months old was having cold and little cough and fever from 2 days, nose is stuffy and a spuctum is coming out. After giving paracetamol fever is not there but nose is same.Whay else can I give him to soothe the nose

My baby is 5 months old he is having ear ache in right ear. Whenever we touch the right side ear he starts cry.

My daughter is 5 years old, and wears a diaper at night. During the day she goes to rest room by herself, but only at night she bed wets during sleep. She doesn't want to wear a diaper but neither does she wake us when she wants to pee. If we keep an alarm every 90 mins to let her to restroom, at times she beats the clock.
